Responsibilities/Duties
-Handling customer transactions such as deposits, withdraws, transfers, balance inquires
-Opening/closing accounts; checking, savings, CDs
-Customer service to internet, mobile, and telephone banking customers

Required Experience
-One-year cash handling preferred
-Minimum one-year customer service

Required Skills
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong oral communication skills.

Heritage Insurance Opportunities: As an independent insurance agency, Heritage Insurance represents many highly-rated insurance companies so we can shop around to find the best combination of coverage/product/pricing for our clients. Our primary focus is working with ag producers and small-to-medium sized businesses. However, we have a substantial book of personal lines clients as well who we value. Our agency is growing, and looking to add Producers (sales) and Customer Service Representatives, particularly if you have prior insurance experience.
