Responsibilities/Duties
• Opportunity to build a long-term career under seasoned bank Compliance Officer
• Ensure adherence to consumer protection rules through monitoring, written procedures and training
• Implement internal audits as part of a strong internal controls system
• Upward mobility into management position based on strong performance

Required Experience
• Some prior banking experience preferred; training will be provided
• College degree in business administration or accounting beneficial

Required Skills
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Eager to learn and build a long-term career with one of the strongest banks in the nation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; PowerBI experience a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Heritage Insurance Opportunities: As an independent insurance agency, Heritage Insurance represents many highly-rated insurance companies so we can shop around to find the best combination of coverage/product/pricing for our clients. Our primary focus is working with ag producers and small-to-medium sized businesses. However, we have a substantial book of personal lines clients as well who we value. Our agency is growing, and looking to add Producers (sales) and Customer Service Representatives, particularly if you have prior insurance experience. That said, we're also willing to train so if a career in insurance interests you, let's get acquainted soon.
